Are you looking for some local activities to do in North Andover during your spare time? Although the selection of activities is slim, there is definitely enough exploring left for newbies who have yet to find the area’s hidden gems.

 

Coffee break: For all of the bagel and coffee lovers out there is Perfecto’s Caffe, located in North Andover and Andover. Peanut butter oreo iced coffee is highly recommended and the locals rave about Perfecto’s french toast and jalapeno cheddar bagels topped with bacon scallion cream cheese.

Mother Nature’s calling: If adventure is calling your name, visit Weir Hill and Ward Reservation to hike your heart out. In addition, make sure to visit the Stevens Coolidge Place for a beautiful scenery filled with a bountiful garden of flowers. Also check Harold Parker State Park off your list for camping, fishing, mountain biking, and hunting.

Do it for the pizza: Pizza lovers should take a break from typical takeout orders and check out Tripoli Bakery and Pizza. Located right across the street from campus, Tripoli can always hit the spot with those midnight cravings.

Getting creative: Looking for a great art museum? Stop by the Addison Gallery of American Art. Currently there upcoming exhibits will be pieces by Frank Stella and Mark Tobey.
