Apt. RA’s call for officer for alcohol assessment outside H-Tower. Officer responded, Request AFD for 20 year old male, conscious, alert but highly intoxicated. Transported to LGH. He was an unregistered guest.

RA request for fight outside E/F reports female was hit and is on the ground. 2 students in fight. Female student lost consciousness but is now speaking with Ofc. Sustained chipped tooth, bleeding from nose, and a laceration to the forehead
