Looking for a new spot to eat on campus? According to Jim Chiavelli, Associate Vice
President for Communications, Merrimack College will be opening a new cafe selling Starbucks beverages in the North Village around October 1st.

While the new cafe has yet to be named, Chiavelli says that the “Office of Student Involvement solicited student recommendations and there are many great suggestions from faculty and staff as well. The president will likely make an announcement [on the name] in the the next few weeks.

The new cafe will be selling an entire array of Starbucks beverages, from coffees to lattes, and everything in between. In addition to the beverages, there will also be Sodexo provided pastries, sandwiches, and desserts, all of which will be grab and go. If you’d like a place to sit and dine, that is to be provided as well, as there will be an open space for eating, studying, or just hanging out, similar to Zime at the library.

The cafe will be open from 7am-2pm every Monday-Friday, and can be paid for using cash, Mack Bucks, and Mack Points.
