Merrimack Men’s Hockey has always been the schools most popular events, as the Warriors look to play in front of the home crowd for the first time in the 2022-23 season. To say the Tuesday matchup against the New Hampshire Wildcats to be highly anticipated would be an understatement. A big crowd should be expected, filled with Merrimack students and hockey fans all around town getting ready for a great matchup. The Warriors enter this game with a 1-1 record after a 3-2 win on the road against the Clarkson Golden Knights, and the Wildcats travel with currently 2-1 as they look to steal a win after a 4-2 loss to the Boston College Eagles. With a potentially packed Lawler Rink, Merrimack will look to feed off the energy from the crowd to rally in a win over their Hockey East opponents. Make sure to pop out to the first home game of the season tomorrow at 7:30, as it’ll be a game you definitely don’t want to miss.
