Merrimack College Offers Flexible Pass/Fail Options for Spring 2021 Semester

Although there is a light at the end of the pandemic tunnel, this semester is no easier than the last. We still have a lot of Zoom, quarantining, social isolation, and pandemic fatigue to contend with on top of our classes.

Last fall, faculty passed legislation to academically help students during these trying times by extending the course withdrawal deadline, allowing for more classes to be taken as pass/fail, and converting all “F” grades to “No Credit” so they do not affect our GPAs. These policies proved necessary and popular among Merrimack Students, so faculty approved them again for this semester.

With academic advising starting next week, it’s important to keep this options in mind so you can finish Spring 2021 strong!
