You might know Yermin as your favorite Sodexo worker who always seems to be in a good mood. Something that we all notice about Yermin is that he has a smile on his face. He loves interacting with students and trying to make them smile. He was the 2017-2018 school year unsung hero at Merrimack. In his spare time he likes write and record songs as well as dabbling in photography.

Where are from initially?
I was born in Puerto Rico. My mother is Puerto Rican and my father is Dominican.
How long did you live in Puerto Rico?
14 years, I came over during High School.
What do you enjoy most about working at Merrimack?
I really enjoy being able to see the students and meeting them. Talking to them making them smile. I really like to make people smile.
How do you always stay upbeat and smiling?
I think it’s the feeling of love is the strongest feeling. No matter if I am having a bad time. Love is stronger than a bad time. So I always smile.
What do you do in your free time?
I like to spend time with my family. And communicating with my friends, and I need a new camera.
