Looking to break a sweat, but don’t want to head over to the gym? Good news – the Merrimack Fitness Center has you covered!
Due to current state guidelines, studio capacity will remain limited for in-person classes. However, now students can participate in all group fitness classes through Zoom from the comfort of their own dorm room or off-campus home. Now even remote students can participate in on-campus fitness classes.
Merrimack offers an array of group fitness classes, such as Barre, Kick!, Spin, Yoga, Body Pump, Pilates, and Toning and Abs, that are taught by Merrimack students.
