Harvard Makes a Comeback In OT

Nick Bonazoli

In one of the year’s most anticipated games in Cambridge, Massachusetts as the Merrimack Warriors fell to the Harvard Crimson 21-28. The Warriors pushed for a victory in their first meet with Harvard as the offense was under pressure and was missing their starting quarterback within the last four downs landing the Warriors in defeat. Even with a loss, Merrimack still had the heart of a Warrior as Jacari Carter scored two touchdowns for the Warriors with a stellar 142 yards within the first half of the game. Garry Rosemond Jr. has had two interceptions which showed some glimpses of a strong defense in the works for the remainder of the season. As Merrimack looks to put this crushing defeat behind them, and begin the plans needed to take down Delaware State next Saturday.
