After weeks of speculation, it was officially announced during the Sunday night game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Green Bay Packers that Bad Bunny will be the Halftime show headliner for Super Bowl LX. The Latin superstar previously performed during the 2020 show as a co-headliner alongside Shakira and Jennifer Lopez. Even with all of the rumors surrounding different artists being approached to headline the big event, there were some clues towards Bad Bunny, specifically when the singer alluded to a potential U.S performance as part of his “Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour”.
Bad Bunny made a big impact in 2025, with the artist achieving more than 100 songs reach the Billboard Hot 100, and his hugely successful 30-date residency in Puerto Rico. In a statement regarding the big reveal, Bad Bunny said “ What I’m feeling goes beyond myself.” It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown… this is for my people, my culture, and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL.” Bad Bunny will perform live during Super Bowl LX at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on February 8th, 2026.
